Mentorship Agreements
Each mentor and protégé pair is asked to complete afor the year. This agreement allows both participants to set their expectations for the program and begin planning their relationship.
Pairs are asked to consider:
- General expectations of the relationship
- Topics to discuss
- Issues of confidentiality
- Communication styles
- Meeting schedules
Take the time to review the document and be thoughtful together about your answers. Please submit a completed by December 4.
We will return an electronic copy of your agreement to you later in the year as a way to check in on how the relationship is meeting expectations.
