Panopto Automatic Captions
All videos uploaded to Panopto are automatically captioned using machine-generated speech recognition (ASR). While these captions provide a useful starting point, they must be reviewed and edited to ensure accuracy, especially for course-specific vocabulary and proper names.
Zoom Cloud Recordings
When you record Zoom meetings to the cloud, Zoom can automatically generate captions. Make sure this feature is enabled in your Zoom settings before recording.
