If the lab has multiple protocols, a form must be completed for each protocol. These forms will be reviewed during inspections.
Incident Procedures Flyer
All labs need to have the following flyer posted in the lab that provides instructions for when individuals need to seek medical care as a result of an incident or accident in the lab.
