About Rocio
As the Administrative & Personnel Coordinator, Rocio supports personnel processes and procedures for the Reves Center, including hiring new positions, updating staff appointments and salary and assisting personnel reclassifications.
In addition, she manages the building and its assets and serves as the welcoming face of the Reves Center, interfacing with diverse and international constituents in person, over the telephone and via email. She is often the first point of contact for visitors, students, faculty, staff and donors. She also delivers logistic and clerical support to the Global Engagement team and assists with Reves sponsored events and meetings.
Prior to joining the Reves Center Rocio worked for Literacy for Life in Williamsburg for 7 years as an Administrative Assistant. She also worked in Colombia as a Respiratory Therapist and was a manager in a clinic.
