Omni provides toner and maintenance for all devices in the Print Management Program. Paper and staples are the responsiblity of each department. Omni will electronically monitor the level of toner for devices participating in the program. Once the toner level reaches a predetermined level (typically around 20%), Omni will ship the replacement toner. The shipment will be delivered directly to your department. Please note, in order for Omni to monitor the device billing and toner levels, the device must remain powered on and connected via ethernet cable to the W&M network nightly.
