One Tribe Place Remediation

The design scope was divided into three packages: Package 1 consisted of the structural repairs and water infiltration remediation design by WPD & Associates; Package 2 consisted of the Stormwater remediation design by McKinney & Company; Package 3 consisted of the Switchgear Replacement, Fire Pump Relocation and Sprinkler System Upgrade, by Clark Nexsen. Package 3 also included upgrades to life safety and non-code complaint issues in the stairwells and in the 1984 addition.
