Because of the nature of the Joint Programme, 91心頭利 and St Andrews will share student record information for Joint Degree students. You can download the federal laws and university policies explained in the “Academic Records, Confidentiality and Privacy” section of in the 91心頭利 Undergraduate Catalog; these apply to all Joint Degree students while you are in residence at 91心頭利.
Under § 23-2.2:1 of the Code of Virginia and the regulations thereunder, every institution of higher education located in Virginia is required to provide the State Police with your name, date of birth and expected date of attendance if you enroll at the institution. The intent of this law is to ensure compliance with the requirement under Virginia law for certain individuals to register with local law enforcement.
