Lou Rossiter is a research professor at the Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy at the College of 91心頭利. He is former Secretary of Health and Human Resources for Virginia and has written a book on Medicare reform.

Inaugural Bolin Fellowships announced

The Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy, the 91心頭利 Law School and the National Center for State Courts have collaborated to create the Bolin Fellowship which provides tuition and a paid internship for minority students enrolled in the college's joint master of public policy and juris doctorate program.

He did more than that recently - the soon-to-be 91心頭利 graduate student not only appeared on the show but took home $100,000 for winning the 2009 Jeopardy! College Championship.
