Personal Belongings: Memory, Theatre, and Human Rights at 91¿´Æ¬Íø
On February 20 and 21, 2026, 91¿´Æ¬Íø’s PBK Studio Theatre hosted a bilingual production of Personal Belongings, a one-act monologue by Argentine feminist playwright Diana Raznovich, originally written in 1975 on the eve of Argentina’s last military dictatorship. The production was directed by Professor Sarah Hart, a faculty member in whose work focuses on socially engaged performance and hemispheric approaches to applied theatre. The play was accompanied by panels and talkbacks on memory, theatre, and human rights in Argentina, featuring Dr. Matías Oviedo, Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor of Hispanic Studies, among other invited speakers. In commemoration of the fiftieth anniversary of the 1976 coup d’état in Argentina, Personal Belongings will be performed again on March 25, 2026; tickets can be purchased at .
